The Chef de Partie will run their own section, work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, and deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. This role suits a motivated Chef de Partie looking to develop within a supportive brigade.

Key Responsibilities:
Run and manage your own kitchen section
Work closely with senior chefs on menus and service
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Ensure full compliance with H&S and HACCP procedures
Order and monitor stock from approved suppliers
Support and guide Commis Chefs
Work as part of a positive, professional kitchen team

Key Requirements:
Experience as a Chef de Partie within a hotel or fresh-food kitchen
Flexible to work a rota of shifts
Passion for seasonal cooking and quality ingredients
Calm and professional under pressure
Reliable, enthusiastic, and team-focused
