If you are passionate about travel and love creating exceptional group experiences, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing DMC specialising in high-end inbound travel across the UK & Ireland.
You'll work with international travel suppliers to design and deliver standout group itineraries - combining top-tier hotels, seamless logistics, and unique, memorable experiences which you will be booking for large groups.

What you'll be doing
* Sourcing and negotiating with hotels and suppliers to secure the best rates and added value
* Managing bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation with exceptional attention to detail
* Building strong relationships with suppliers
* Working at pace, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
* Supporting the wider team across purchasing and operations when needed
* Getting involved in familiarisation trips and industry events
What we're looking for
* Experience in group travel, group hotel reservations, or group inbound tourism
* Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland destinations
* A natural organiser with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
* Someone proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware
* A team player with a positive, flexible attitude
* Microsoft Office skills (Excel a bonus)
* Additional European language? Even better
