The Person
The successful Guest Services Supervisor will have the following:
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
A calm and professional approach, particularly in high-pressure situations
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent spoken and written English
