Hotel Manager – 4* Hotel in Exeter Salary: Up to £50,000 Location: Exeter An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused Hotel Manager to lead a well-established branded 4* hotel in Exeter. We are looking for a hands-on, energetic leader who can drive performance, inspire their team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring full brand compliance and strong financial results. Reporting into the General Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the hotel, leading all departments to deliver outstanding service and commercial success. Responsibilities: Driving overall hotel performance, including revenue, GOP and guest satisfaction targets Leading and developing Heads of Department and their teams Ensuring full adherence to brand standards and audit requirements Managing budgets, forecasting and cost controls Delivering strong RGI performance in line with market expectations Championing a positive team culture and high employee engagement Overseeing Health & Safety and compliance across the property Building strong local relationships to enhance the hotel's presence in the market Requirements Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or strong Operations Manager within a branded environment Commercially astute with a solid understanding of P&L management Strong background in Rooms and/or F&B operations Experience working within a recognised hotel brand A visible, hands-on leader who leads from the front Passionate about guest service and team development
