What You'll Be Doing

Identifying and developing new local business opportunities through research and networking Following up on leads from local news, developments and events Building and maintaining relationships with local companies, organisers and partners Supporting the growth of corporate, group and event business Helping to keep the hotel visible and well-connected within the local area Working collaboratively with the hotel team to convert opportunities into bookings

What We're Looking For

Experience in hotel sales or a similar proactive, customer-focused role A genuine interest in the local market and community A self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative Strong relationship-building and communication skills Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering results
