A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing... Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to. Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready. Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting. Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need. Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape. Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members. Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable. Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards. A positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for creating a welcoming environment. Strong communication skills to coordinate with other team members and respond to guest needs. The ability to work efficiently, staying organised and focused during busy shifts.
