Were looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager to work alongside another Housekeeping Manager in a leading role within this elegant property, supporting the Executive Housekeeper to oversee daily operations across a mix of luxurious room types and public spaces.
About You
Youll be a polished housekeeping professional with experience gained in a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort , ideally with a background in high-end or boutique environments. You will: Have a meticulous eye for detail, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness. Be a motivational leader, confident managing large and diverse teams (up to 50 people), including outsourced staff. Take pride in training, coaching and developing your team, ensuring every guest experience reflects genuine luxury. Bring a warm and approachable personality, able to build trust and rapport with colleagues and guests alike.
