Evening Supervisor Turndown Location: Fitzrovia Central London Property: New luxury 5-star property in the heart of Fitzrovia About the Role We are recruiting an Evening Supervisor Turndown for an exceptional new 5-star property in the heart of Fitzrovia. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team of a luxury hotel, setting the tone for impeccable evening service and guest comfort. As Evening Supervisor, you will lead the turndown operation, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and guest experience are consistently delivered. You will be working closely with a dedicated and professional Housekeeping team , supporting them to achieve excellence every evening. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the evening turndown service across all guest rooms and suites
Ensure all rooms are prepared to 5-star luxury standards, including detailed finishing touches
Support and guide Room Attendants to deliver efficient and high-quality service
Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the shift
Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally
Liaise closely with Reception and other departments to ensure smooth communication
Monitor productivity and maintain team motivation during evening shifts
Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and discretion
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company standards
Assist with training and coaching team members where required
What Were Looking For Previous supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel housekeeping department
Strong knowledge of luxury turndown standards and attention to detail
Confident leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
Flexible to work evening shifts, including weekends
