Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious five-star hotel and resort set within stunning countryside just outside London. Our client is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across the property.

In this role, you will assist the management team in maintaining five-star standards across public areas, ensuring every spacefrom lobbies to conference and dining areasremains immaculate and guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team in maintaining high standards
  • Inspect public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation meet expectations
  • Lead by example, assisting with day-to-day housekeeping duties
  • Ensure all guest-facing areas create a strong first impression
  • Support management in upholding quality and operational standards

About You

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • A hands-on, proactive approach
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Committed to delivering a five-star guest experience
