We are currently recruiting for an experienced and detail-driven Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join a leading luxury hospitality venue in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident supervisor with a passion for five-star standards, who takes pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation and guest experience.

The Role As Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the daily housekeeping operation on the floor, ensuring rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest luxury standards while supporting and motivating the housekeeping team.

Key responsibilities include:
Supervising Room Attendants and ensuring consistent five-star standards

Conducting room inspections and quality control checks

Ensuring bedrooms, corridors and service areas are maintained to brand standards

Managing daily floor allocation and supporting smooth shift operations

Reporting and following up on maintenance issues and guest requests

Ensuring correct handling of linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies

Supporting training, coaching and development of team members

Ensuring health & safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times

About You Previous experience as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor or strong Housekeeping Supervisor/Room Attendant ready to step up

Luxury hotel experience is highly desirable

Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Professional, reliable and guest-focused

Flexible to work weekends and key operational periods
