Job responsibilities

To assess applications in line with the organisations Allocations Policy.
Making direct nominations to households on the Housing Register
Making sure that they are in line with the Allocations Policy.
An understanding of homelessness legislation.
To provide advice and seek solutions to customers around their housing situation.
To deliver an effective and efficient Housing Allocations service in order to meet the organisations responsibility to deliver its statutory functions.Should your skills match the above please send through your updated CV.
