The opportunity has arisen within West Lothian Council, Housing, Customer & Building Services for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Housing Assistant to join our team to deliver a high-quality housing management service. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team following recent organisational changes. Successful applicant will be expected to: -
- Provide tenancy management support to tenants to achieve sustainable tenancies including maximisation of income management intervening early to prevent arrears escalation.
- Essential to have a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 qualification or equivalent, or recent relevant experience of working in a frontline customer focused environment.
