£37,883 per annum, plus an £846 annual car allowance and excellent benefits

What will your role be?
Their team of Housing & Community Officers provide visible and accessible support and engagement to their tenants and communities. You will work proactively to manage your caseload in relation to tenancy and estate matters and enquiries from customers. Working to ensure all their customers are treated fairly, listened to and their views acted upon.
You will be actively involved in the delivery of neighbourhood plans, estate management and improvement and engagement activities, including home visits completed as part of the ‘Knowing our customers’ campaign to support our client’s aim of visiting all tenants and least once every 18 months.

The ideal candidate will have demonstratable experience in a similar housing management role. You will be experienced in interacting with customers and providing a high-quality and consistent service against key performance indicators. You will be able to manage and prioritise your workload, problem-solve, accurately maintain records and work effectively as part of a team.
