This is a full time role 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role: Adullam Homes is seeking a proactive Housing Coordinator to support our Birmingham housing team. You will act as a central point of contact for general needs tenants, managing voids, rent arrears, tenant issues, and allocations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, conducting property inspections, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting efficient service delivery in line with organisational policies. You will contribute to budget monitoring, health and safety compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
