Manchester Our client, a well-regarded and expanding legal practice, is currently seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their Manchester-based team. You will manage a full caseload of housing disrepair claims, providing expert legal advice and representation throughout the lifecycle of each case. The position requires a proactive and client-focused approach, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Managing housing disrepair files from instruction through to settlement or conclusion Gathering, reviewing, and analysing evidence to support claims Drafting legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions Maintaining regular communication with clients and key stakeholders Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure compliance and timely case resolution The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing disrepair litigation and a commitment to delivering high-quality client care.
