Working to support our older customers (aged 55+) in Cumbria, youll be the go-to person for housing and property matters, ensuring homes are safe, tenancies are well managed, and customers feel engaged and supported. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts. What youll do Support older residents, many of whom receive care from Lakeland Carers, the on-site team.

Assist customers with housing benefit claims and rent account management.

Maintain full occupancy and accurate rent records.

Conduct routine safety and compliance checks across buildings and communities.

Handle administrative tasks including record updates, work orders, and payment processing.

Collaborate with the care team to promote social engagement and purposeful living.
