Around 60% of your time will be spent on-site in the office, out on patch, alongside your team, or meeting customers and partners. This visibility helps you understand challenges, spot opportunities, and shape how your team performs.A role centred on peopleYou dont need previous management experience. Youll support colleagues with complex cases, build confidence, and ensure customers across different tenures receive a consistent service.Collaboration at the heartYoull work closely with Leasehold & Homeownership Officers and specialist teams to deliver a joined-up Accent service. Youll also be part of our national Housing Manager network, sharing best practice and contributing to continuous improvement. Externally, youll build relationships with local agencies, attend community meetings, and work with partners who support our customers. Youll bring clarity on team performance and highlight where support or improvements are needed.SalaryThe spot salary is £47,720 for applicants who fully meet the requirements. If youre still developing some skills, you may start 510% below the spot rate with support to progress.
