Reporting to Customer Liaison Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team of Housing & Neighbourhood Officers covering Stroud and the surrounding areas.You will be the face of Guinness, and your key responsibility is to provide an accessible service to both homeowners and rental residents. You will work in a mobile way, out in the area and meet residents. You will work closely with Estate Services and other Guinness teams to get things done quickly and efficiently to achieve positive outcomes for both Guinness and our residents.What we are looking forWe believe that the way we work is as important as the results we achieve. You will bring your face-to-face customer service experience and housing knowledge to make a meaningful contribution to our organisational goals.This is a field-based position requiring travel within your designated area.
