The Housing Repairs Technician - Damp, Mould and Disrepair role: We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Housing Management Team. As a Housing Officer, you will manage a local patch of properties. This involves dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management, providing advice support to sustain tenancies and taking enforcement action when necessary. The role involves mainly working out on the district, visiting customers in their own home, establishing good relationships, as well as the preparation of legal documentation and attendance at Court.
