Panoramic is supporting a local authority in the search for an experienced Housing Officer to join its Housing Team. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of a defined patch, playing a key part in supporting tenants, resolving issues and helping communities thrive.
If you enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same from tenancy support to enforcement and community engagement this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of housing properties, ensuring tenant's needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Conduct tenant enquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear guidance on tenancy matters.
Monitor and enforce lease agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Facilitate lettings processes and assist prospective tenants through the application stages.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless support services.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and update relevant databases.
Identify and escalate repair or maintenance issues to ensure prompt resolution.
Support initiatives aimed at improving tenant satisfaction and community cohesion.
