Housing Solutions Review Officer – Lambeth
We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Solutions Review Officer to support homelessness review functions across the Lambeth area.
Working Arrangement
- Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
- Flexibility may be available as the contract progresses
Contract Details
- Rate: £35.20 per hour
- Contract Length: 6+ months (ongoing)
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting Homelessness Part 7 Section 202 reviews, ensuring statutory compliance
- Applying a strong working knowledge of the Review Regulations
- Producing high-quality written decisions within required timeframes
- Ensuring fair, thorough, and legally robust review outcomes
Essential Requirements xbpsjku
- Proven experience undertaking s202 homelessness reviews
- Strong understanding of the Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Reduction Act, and relevant Review Regulations
- Previous experience working within a Local Authority housing options or homelessness service
