The Role

This is a broad and hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of:

Property maintenance coordination Compliance and safety projects Planned works support Tenant communication Contractor and invoice management Asset and data administrationYou'll work closely with the wider maintenance and housing team to help deliver an efficient, tenant-focused service while supporting key property and compliance programmes across the organisation.
