What you’ll bring * Experience working with vulnerable people, ideally with knowledge of homelessness and its effects. * A solid understanding of housing and benefits advice. * Confidence in working collaboratively with specialist agencies like mental health teams and youth services. * A natural ability to build trust, motivate others, and foster meaningful relationships. * Strong communication skills – you know how to adapt your approach to suit different people and situations. * Integrity and professionalism, with a clear understanding of boundaries and safeguarding.
