Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a busy and growing HR team at a fast-paced business in the flexible workspace sector. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and a genuine interest in HR to step into a role where they’ll be trusted with responsibility, supported to learn, and exposed to a wide variety of day-to-day HR activities.
\n\nYou’ll play an essential role in keeping HR processes running smoothly, ensuring accuracy in everything from onboarding to employee records, and helping create a great experience for everyone in the business.
\n\nResponsibilities will include:
\n\n- \n\t
- Manage and maintain HR records, systems, and employee data \n\t
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process (contracts, checks, documents) \n\t
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related events \n\t
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, references, and policy updates \n\t
- Assist with tracking holidays, absences, and other HR metrics \n\t
- Respond to HR queries from employees and support day-to-day needs \n\t
- Help ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant \n\t
- Provide general administrative support to the wider HR and People team \n
What We're Looking For:
\n\n- \n\t
- Previous experience in an HR or office admin role \n\t
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail \n\t
- Discreet and professional with a strong sense of confidentiality \n\t
- Great communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude \n\t
- Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) \n\t
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting \n\t
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn \n
