HR Administrator (Predominantly working from home) needed in Yate, Bristol, £13.47ph PAYE - Reference: 367725

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer the recruitment process, including responding to email, telephone, and written inquiries from internal and external customers. Carry out pre-employment checks such as references, occupational health questionnaires, and maintain the DBS process and ATS recruitment system.
  2. Maintain good relationships and serve as the first point of contact for applicants, offering seamless service and onboarding. Liaise with HR Advisors and departmental managers regarding queries, delays, and recruitment support.
  3. Assist in developing and optimizing recruitment processes, including maximizing the use of the ATS system and ensuring process quality.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
