HR Administrator (Part Time, Permanent) Salary: £28,000 per annum (Full-time Equivalent) Hours: 20 hours per week (core hours between 8.30 am–5.00 pm, Monday to Friday – flexibility available) Location: Luton (Head Office) Overview: A long‑established organisation is seeking a highly professional and discreet HR Administrator to join its head office team in Luton. This part‑time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to support a busy HR function, with a particular focus on managing high‑level security clearances across the organisation. Working closely with the HR team, the post holder will provide confidential administrative support across all areas of HR. A significant element of the role involves coordinating government, police, aviation and airport‑security vetting processes. The ideal candidate will be methodical, self‑motivated and able to communicate confidently with staff at all levels as well as external regulatory and vetting bodies.
