Job Overview: Our client is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support their growing HR function. You will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of HR processes, working closely with the wider team in a professional environment.
Key Duties:
Preparing HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports
Supporting payroll administration with accurate employee data
Providing general administrative support to the HR team
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous administration experience (HR administration preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and solution-focused approach
