Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (Full-time, Office-based)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Assistant to support the HR Officer across a broad range of HR activities, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Administration, Learning & Development, and Compliance.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone with solid HR experience who can confidently operate in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview coordination and onboarding
* Act as a professional and approachable first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
* Manage core HR administration, including maintaining personnel files, processing benefits, supporting starters and leavers, and absence administration
* Coordinate training sessions and maintain accurate training records
* Assist with HR policies, compliance activities, performance management, and probation reviews
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR Assistant or HR Administrator role
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent administrative ability with exceptional attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative
* Proficient in Microsoft Office

£30,000 - £40,000 /annum negotiable dependant on experience
