Job Title: HR Administrator (6-Month Contract) Location: Belfast (Hybrid/Office-based) Rate: £19-£20 per hour Overview A leading global banking organisation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team in Belfast on a 6-month contract. This role sits within a busy HR operations function, supporting onboarding activity and ensuring all right-to-work compliance checks are completed accurately across multiple international locations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a global financial services environment, working with stakeholders across EMEA and beyond. Key Responsibilities Manage and complete right-to-work verification processes for employees across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and accuracy Support end-to-end onboarding administration, delivering a high-quality and timely service to new hires and stakeholders Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks including logging queries, responding to requests, preparing documentation, and maintaining workflow tracking Maintain and update employee records across HR systems, including document management and data entry
