We are looking for an HR Administrator to join the Human Resources Office at the House of Lords. This is a permanent position where you will work as part of the HR Operations team, providing a high‑quality frontline HR service and supporting colleagues across the House throughout the employee lifecycle. HR Administrators act as the first point of contact for colleagues and candidates, responding to day‑to‑day HR queries, triaging requests and ensuring accurate, timely and professional HR administration. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy, service‑focused environment and takes pride in getting the detail right. You’ll be accountable for: Acting as a first port of call for HR enquiries, responding by phone and email and escalating where appropriate. Delivering accurate HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to contractual changes and leavers.
