HR Administrator

A leading trading house is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to provide essential data and administrative support to its growing HR function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness are key. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with precision and efficiency * Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, reference checks, and system setup * Generate HR reports and ensure compliance with internal data requirements * Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion * Provide administrative support across HR processes, including absence tracking, benefits, and policy documentation * Liaise with payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate employee lifecycle updates
What We're Looking For:
