Ashley Kate HR & Finance are supporting our client in the search for a HR Administrator on a temp or FTC basis for approx. 11 month contract April 2026 - March 2027.
This is a Hybrid role, working in the Education sector, reporting into the HR Business Partner alongside a team of 15 taking ownership of day to day HR administration across multiple sites.

Salary £21,356 - £23,883 per annum DOE
About the role:
Support recruitment activity across the setting working with Recruitment Coordinators where required. Maintain accurate employee information across HR systems, including data entry, routine and ad‑hoc reporting, and supporting the annual data‑cleansing process. Ensure colleagues and line managers can easily access and follow ATT HR policies and procedures. Oversee the administration of the probation process. Support the staff induction process to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Assist in managing the holiday booking process for permanent staff. Maintain organised and up‑to‑date personnel files (both paper and electronic). Liaise with Payroll to ensure all new starters, leavers and contractual changes are processed correctly.
