Marc Daniels is working with a well-known company based in High Wycombe, looking to hire an experienced HR Administrator. This is a hybrid role (2 days working from home) in an award-winning company.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for employees, providing guidance on company policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential support: being the first point of contact for internal staff, resolving queries related to policies and procedures.
- Driving efficiency: managing HR administration tasks from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Improving processes: contributing to the continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintaining data integrity: ensuring employee information is accurate and up-to-date.
**What we're looking for:**
- Experience: Over two years in an HR or administrative role.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of employees, from operative staff to directors.
