HR Advisor 12 Month FTC - Employee Relations Focus £40,000 - £46,000 + bonus + benefits Milton Keynes + multi-site travel (3-4 days on-site per week) 12 month fixed term contract available an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in ER. This role focuses heavily on employee relations and will support a cluster of operational, blue-collar sites through a period of organisational change. It's ideal for someone confident managing a busy ER caseload within a unionised, multi-site environment. The ideal hire will live within easy reach of both Milton Keynes and the Midlands. You'll work from the Milton Keynes office 1-2 days per week and travel to Midlands based sites twice per week (mileage paid). The remaining time can be worked from home.
