HR Advisor - Employee Relations

We are recruiting for an HR Advisor - Employee Relations, to work on a permanent basis for a large manufacturing company in the Chorley area/hybrid.
Salary is c£35-38,000 per annum plus 25 days' holiday and bank holidays, pension, healthcare etc

The role is working Monday to Thursday (with Friday, Saturday and Sunday as weekend)
We are currently recruiting for a People & Culture Advisor Learning & Development to support organisational growth through the design, coordination and delivery of training and development initiatives across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to play a key role in supporting employee development, apprenticeships, early careers programmes and internal capability building.
Key Responsibilities for thePeople & Culture Advisor Learning & Development
Coordinate and manage the annual training plan across the organisation

Monitor training activity and support budget tracking

Arrange internal and external training programmes

Maintain accurate employee training and CPD records

Support apprenticeship and graduate development programmes

Liaise with external training providers and internal stakeholders

Conduct training needs and skills gap analysis
