Your New Role

As an HR Advisor, you will be working in a busy, fast‑paced environment with a strong emphasis on employee relations. You will manage a high volume of complex ER cases, providing timely, accurate, and commercially sound advice to managers across the business. What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong experience managing high‑volume and complex employee relations cases
• A solid understanding of UK employment legislation
• Proven background working as a HR Advisor or in a similar advisory role
• High levels of commercial awareness with the ability to balance risk and business priorities
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence managers at all levels
