Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a passion for Employee Relations? We're working with a leading organisation seeking an enthusiastic and capable HR Advisor to join their growing team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume employee relations caseload while delivering expert HR advice across the full spectrum of HR activities, with a strong focus on ER. Key Responsibilities Take a proactive role in disciplinary, grievance, sickness, suspension, and performance-related issues. Coach and advise managers on performance management, sickness absence, grievance processes, and attendance matters. Lead and support investigations as required, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently, consistently, and in line with current legislation. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders. Promote and apply HR best practices that are both compliant and commercially aligned. Ideal Candidate will have:
Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent Experience of working as an HR Advisor within a fast paced, high volume and dynamic environment Great communication skills, and the ability to coach and challenge managers on a variety of topics Self-confidence, and the ...
