Youll act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and staff, offering professional guidance on a wide range of employment matters. Strong analytical skills (ideally with job evaluation experience) and project management experience will help you play a vital role in supporting the rapidly improving department through the next chapter of a fundamental transformation. The HR & OD Advisor will provide advice and support to managers on a range of HR management issues including, but not limited to, change management and individual employee relations issues such as Discipline, Grievance Management, Poor Performance, Attendance Management and Flexible Working Applications.
