HR Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a great company and team just outside Chelmsford on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role requiring an individual who is confident providing end-to-end HR support in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business
Manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance management
Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and probation reviews
Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment legislation
Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting requirements
Work closely with managers to support people initiatives and day-to-day HR activityAbout You
Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
Confident handling employee relations matters independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work on-site in just outside Chelmsford 5 days per weekWhat’s on Offer
