HR Advisor - Permanent - Kettering (Onsite) - up to £37,500
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Flexible)
We are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with our client to search for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, people-focused business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for within a global brand who are a well known brand in their industry, providing HR operational support from cradle to grave. You will be involved in assisting with recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, learning & development, and shaping HR strategy all in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You will be working in a forward-thinking company that prides itself on people development, with some impressive long-term tenure among their team.
What your day will look like?
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding process.
- Advising and supporting line managers on HR matters.
- Coordinating employee relations cases with the HR Manager.
- Driving learning & development initiatives, including apprenticeships.
- Supporting strategic HR projects and succession planning.
- Ensuring policies, contracts and processes are compliant and up to date.
- Working closely with senior managers on development plans for their teams and L&D initiatives.

- They are looking for someone with proven experience in a generalist HR role.
- Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a keen eye for improvement
