This organisation offers flexibility for its HR team - this role is mainly working from home!....they are open to flexible working, flexible hours. You can do it 4 or 5 days per week. My client will also consider condensed hours if that is your preference!
This organisation is dedicated to improving lives. They work across the South West, specifically in Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Somerset. This HR role is assigned to their Bristol office but mainly working from home with only the day required in the office.

HR Advisor, 3-month Temporary Assignment

You will be providing support and advice to Managers, advising on all employee areas in a professional and timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will need to be an experienced HR/ER professional who can advise effectively and can handle HR case work efficiently in a supportive and consultative manner.
• We are keen for this assignment to commence quickly.
• It is important you are able to commit to a 3-month assignment.
