HR Advisor Salary: c £35k plus car allowance Location: Central London This is an exciting HR Advisor opportunity with a well-known company in the engineering/construction sector. The role is part of a dynamic, successful business which is engaged in long term business partnerships and offers a great opportunity to make a real difference. Working within a well respected HR Team, this generalist role is crucial to the achievement of business objectives, and will involve providing advice and guidance and HR support to leaders and teams across a wide range of HR activities. Excellent interpersonal skills, tenacity and assertiveness are key requisites for the role. Candidates grad/ grad calibre with CIPD qualification, and should be able to demonstrate a strong track record in a fast-paced commercial environment with experience in handling employee relations issues. Previous experience of working with trade unions would be an advantage.
