HR Advisor

We are seeking an HR Advisor to lead site recruitment and support employee relations and engagement activities! This is a site-based role in Ebbw Vale which specialise in manufacturing chilled dips, houmous, sandwich fillings, toppings and marinades.

Location: Ebbw Vale, NP23 5SD Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 16:30 Salary: £30,000 annually

Key Duties: Support the site HRBP in delivering the site HR Strategy including leading local or group projects Provide case support for ER cases including advising managers, investigations, notetaking, producing letters and packs.
