Pilgrim's Europe Ruskington is a thriving and fast-moving site, and we're now looking for an experienced

HR Advisor

to join our dedicated HR Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys making a real impact on people and operations.

About the Role

As our HR Advisor, you will be a credible and proactive member of the HR Team, supporting the HR Business Partner in the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and professional HR service. You'll act as a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues, supporting a wide range of generalist HR activities while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and alignment to company objectives.

You will play a key role in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives, supporting our commitment to developing a positive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture.

For smaller sites, the role also includes responsibility for overseeing operational training delivery-ensuring high-quality training against core site priorities and providing an engaging and professional training service.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing day-to-day generalist HR support to managers and colleagues Advising on employee relations, policies, and best practice Supporting the implementation of HR procedures and people initiatives Ensuring legal compliance and alignment with business strategy Supporting or leading training delivery and compliance at smaller sites Working collaboratively with the HR Business Partner and wider team What We're Looking For
