HR Advisor Multi-Site Business | Circa £32k | North West HQ We're on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join a dynamic, multi-site business as part of a small but well-established HR team. If youre ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, hands-on role that covers the full HR spectrum, this could be your next move. About the Role: Reporting to the Group HR Manager but embedded at one of their satellite sites, youll be a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, offering practical guidance, resolving issues, and supporting business performance through great people practices. This is a highly transactional role where you will need to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. There will be basic HR Admin to complete and processes to create and implement. Youll be fully supported by the HR Manager but must be confident to work autonomously. Youll be managing employee relations and leading investigations and coaching managers to improve HR capabilities. As well as driving recruitment and enhancing onboarding, your role will be varied and rewarding. Youll also lead on performance reviews, training needs analysis, and engagement initiatives that help their people thrive. This is a role where youll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, make decisions with confidence, and be a visible, proactive part of the sites HR structure. Key Responsibilities:
