What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide HR support to a broad range of SME clients across the UK, acting as a trusted first point of contact for all things HR. Every day brings something different, and you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload confidently.

A snapshot of your responsibilities:

* Offering practical, solutions-focused HR advice to a busy portfolio of clients.

* Managing a wide range of ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, sickness, and more.

* Handling overlapping processes with ease — from supporting a restructure to running a grievance.

* Drafting and reviewing key HR documentation such as policies, contracts, and handbooks.

* Guiding clients compassionately through sensitive change processes.

* Building strong, trusted relationships through calm, clear communication.

* Staying organised in a remote-working environment with minimal micromanagement.

* Contributing to a friendly, collaborative team who genuinely support one another.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You’re someone who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You’re values-driven, reliable, and motivated by doing things the right way. Quality matters to you — and so does continuous improvement.

You’ll ideally bring:

* Experience working within an HR environment (essential)

* CIPD Level 5 or working towards (ideal)

* Excellent communication skills and total confidentiality

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Experience in healthcare, security or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
