I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a high performing people team in a growing SME business. This role is best suited to a true generalist HR professional who is experienced in supporting and coaching Managers. Below is an overview of the key things you will support with: Providing expert HR advice to Managers across all areas of people and process advice, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law Supporting with investigations Advising Managers on recruitment and selection Leading on all performance and absence issues Maintaining accurate HR record and producing reports for Managers Identifying areas for continuous improvement to enhance the HR offering to the business Promoting employee wellbeing, inclusion and company benefits Assisting with early careers attraction and retention This is an ideal role for an experienced HR generalist who is personable, approachable and who works well as part of a team. Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are also important for this role along with strong employment law knowledge and having a solutions-focused mindset.
