HR Advisor \n\nDepartment: Human Resources\n\nSalary: Starting from £30,805, rising to £37,174\n\nClosing date: Sunday 27 July 2025\n\nWe have an exciting, fixed term opportunity for a proactive and highly organised HR Advisor in the HR Service Delivery team to support the delivery of an efficient and effective ER service. You will join a busy advisory team who are responsible for providing clear, outcome focused HR advice to line managers and individuals. \n\nThe role of HR Advisor at the University of Bath is a varied and interesting one working with a range of stakeholders based in Faculties and Professional Services Departments. You will work closely with the matrix team and HR Business Partners in order to deliver a timely and legally compliant service as well as working with our colleagues in Reward, Workforce Development, Culture and Inclusion and Safety, Health and Wellbeing. \n\nAbout the role\n\nThe aim of the role is to enable excellent people management practice and build the capability of individuals, teams and departments to meet the University’s and the department’s objectives.
