HR Advisor | Multi-Site Role | South West | Company Vehicle

Arden White Aviation, Aerospace & Automotive Recruitment are partnered with Heritage Automotive to recruit a proactive and experienced HR Advisor supporting multiple dealership locations across Dorchester, Gloucester, Salisbury, and Yeovil. You will visit these sites and support in-person when needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking to step into a varied, people-focused role within a growing automotive group, where youll play a key part in supporting managers and driving positive employee experience.

The Role Act as the first point of contact for managers on all HR matters Provide practical, hands-on HR advice and support across multiple sites (Shaftesbury is a central point between most sites) Partner with managers to support performance, employee relations, and change management Support delivery of HR projects and initiatives Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent HR practices Travel between dealership sites as required Requirements Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar role CIPD Level 3 (minimum) Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee relations Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence managers Proactive, hands-on approach F...
