MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (Primary Job Function) Provide comprehensive HR support to the client, ensuring the consistent and compliant application of HR policies, processes, and procedures. The role also plays a key part in enhancing employee engagement through effective internal communications, supporting employee relations activities, and coordinating HR initiatives such as HR Processes and Projects. Internal/external contacts Employees, contingent workers, 1st and 2nd line management, senior management / directors and DVPs when appropriate. Vendors and suppliers. ACCOUNTABILITIES / CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Supports and assists BHR Managers with: ● Employee relations matters ● HR policies, processes and procedures ● Restructure projects ● Business analytics & insights ● Business related projects ● Other HR Projects 2. Collaborates with Business HR Managers to support ER cases, including notetaking during meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up actions 3. Performs a range of HR support tasks as needed, including maternity meetings, flexible working meetings, general letters and updating internal HR trackers. 4.
